The Crystallization of Dance is an original project born from the impact that crystallography has had on the construction of the intellectual edifice of modern dance and flamenco.

Through the guidance of scientist Juan Manuel García-Ruiz, dancer and choreographer Vanesa Aibar illustrates how humanity’s fascination with crystals has defined our daily lives. From architecture to painting and, of course, dance, geometry in art has been a continual source of inspiration that, through dance and scientific and technical stagecraft, immerses the viewer in the intimate symmetry of crystals, provoking surprise, enjoyment, and admiration.
